I was born on the border in Arizona. there was no La Migra in 1933. One of my grandfathers was a missionary to the Pima Indians and had churches on both sides and trversed the border in his model T Ford. My other grand father was a cotton farmer and would go across and bring back Yaqui Indians to help with the harvest. They were wonderful hardworking people who were treated well by my grandfather and I used to visit them where my grandfather provided housing for their families.
Those sweet Mexican ladies used to try to teach this litttle 5 year old how to make tortillas and to speak spanish with theri children. There are no illegal immigrants, we just moved the border
Somos mi hermanos.
