My Involvement with the UFW from my Thirties in Age to My Present Seventies

In my thirties, as a student librarian, I participated in boycott demos, was a staff member of the Proposition 14 Campaign (1976), and contributed funds to the UFW. In my forties, I published two articles related to the UFW in magazines, worked on the staff in business occupations, for The National Farm Worker Ministry, under the supervision of the Reverend Fred Eyster in the Oakland office, and under the supervision of Sr. Patricia Drydyk, OSF.  (My position lasted from October 1986 to December 1987) Mostly since then, I have been a contributer of funds, and a signer of petitions.  Did publish in 1994, a review of the book, Autobiography of A Cause, to mark the first anniversary of Cesar’s death, and later a blurb on the Farm Worker movement. Since the turn of the centurey, published a poem about the woes of the farm workers. .
