The day Cesar passed I and Mr. & Mrs. Robles drove to La Paz, to see what assistance we could offer at such a difficult time. We arrived and began by arranging for visitors and press arrival, as we cleaned and sweep a certain office environment, I stepped outside to sweep the porch. As I looked up, there was Cesar floating across the front of the porch area, wearing a plaid blue shirt and a smile on his face. He moved from my left to right and vanished. After that brief moment I immediately went back inside to let the Robles know what had happened and share my excitement. Very few individuals know this story, but I will treasure that moment for the rest of my life and the time I spent with the Chavez family those two days.
